The\u00a0Federal Communications Commission offers a Cyber Planner for small businesses. \u00a0The planner guide allows specific sections to be added to your guide, including Privacy and Data Security,\u00a0Scams\/Fraud,\u00a0Network Security,\u00a0Website Security,\u00a0Email,\u00a0Mobile Devices,\u00a0Employees,\u00a0Facility Security,\u00a0Operational Security,\u00a0Payment Cards,\u00a0Incident Response\/Reporting and\u00a0Policy Development\/Management.<\/p>\n

Establish Rules and Educate Employees<\/h3>\n

Create rules and guidelines for protecting information. \u00a0Educate employees on\u00a0how to post online in a way that does not share intellectual property. \u00a0Clearly explain the penalties for violating security policies.<\/span><\/p>\n

Network Protection<\/h3>\n
