Step 1<\/h3>\n

Go to your start menu, and type in\u00a0“network”<\/strong>. \u00a0In the search results click on\u00a0“Network and Sharing Center”<\/strong><\/p>\n

Step 2<\/h3>\n

Select\u00a0Connect to a workplace<\/strong>\u00a0and click\u00a0Next<\/strong><\/p>\n

Step 3<\/h3>\n

Click on\u00a0Use My Internet Conection (VPN)<\/strong><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

Step 4<\/h3>\n

Enter in the\u00a0internet address\u00a0<\/strong>(provided by your IT Professional<\/a>),\u00a0Name\u00a0<\/strong>then\u00a0Create<\/strong><\/p>\n

Step 5<\/h3>\n

Network and Sharing Center\u00a0<\/strong>window should still be opened. \u00a0Click on\u00a0Change Adapter Settings<\/strong><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

Step 6<\/h3>\n

Right Click on the new connection you made, then go to\u00a0Properties<\/strong><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

Step 7<\/h3>\n

Go to the\u00a0Security<\/strong>\u00a0Tab, and change your properties to be the same as the below image. Press\u00a0OK<\/strong>\u00a0once done.<\/p>\n

Step 8<\/h3>\n

Right Click the Connection and choose “Connect<\/strong>” option.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

Step 9<\/h3>\n

You will be prompted for your username and password for your VPN.\u00a0(provided by your\u00a0IT Professional<\/a>). Enter them as provided. ex. DOMAIN\\username and password.<\/p>\n

After a\u00a0few seconds\u00a0it will connect and show you “Connected<\/strong>” status.<\/p>\n

Step 10<\/h3>\n

You can also check the VPN status in the Network applet (the icon in your system tray at the bottom right).<\/p>\n

Connecting the\u00a0SSTP on Windows 10<\/h2>\n

Find the network connections icon in the bottom right corner of the screen (near the clock). The icon can be in the shape of computer display or wireless signal meter (you can see it on Step 10<\/strong>). Click on that icon. In the appeared list click on any network connection.
\nAfter that you will see another window with the connection list, click on theVPN connection (the connection name can be different, you have set it up on Step 5<\/strong>).
\nClick the “Connect<\/strong>” button under the connection name.<\/p>\n

Disconnecting the\u00a0SSTP\u00a0on Windows 10<\/h2>\n
